Tasting notes
Brilliant, intense salmon‑pink colour with elegant, fine bubbles. Luscious red fruits on the nose like raspberry and redcurrant, with a touch of fresh menthol. On the palate the wine shows its harmonious mousse, balanced attack, flavours of strawberry with a lingering finish gently lifted by a whisper of vanilla.

Made from 100% merlot, using the traditional method, with a second fermentation and resting for at least 18 months. 12% Alc.
