On the palate, it offers a smooth, mellow body — subtle nutty or cereal-grain sweetness, mild spice (think gentle clove or warming pepper-leaf warmth), and a faint smoky-woody core. The finish is modest, rounded and slightly dry, evoking the character of a light whisky but with a softer, gentler presence and zero alcohol.

Suggested Cocktails/Mocktails:
Alcohol-free Old Fashioned
- 50 ml #NotWhisky
- 5 ml simple syrup or maple syrup
- 2–3 dashes non-alcoholic bitters (if available)
- Stir with ice,

Virgin Whisky Sour

- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
