Artisan #NotAmaro

Bright, herbaceous bitterness leads on the nose — think dried orange peel, gentian-style bitterness and a light undercurrent of rooty botanicals. On the palate, #NotAmaro offers a crisp, dry body with an assertive bitter-herbal core, soft citrus zest and a pleasantly lingering, slightly bitter-sweet finish. It evokes the bitter-aperitif character of a classic amaro, but wholly alcohol-free and clean.
