Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies exclusively to orders placed via winespired.co. For items purchased through third-party platforms, please refer to the respective platform’s delivery terms.

1. Island-wide Delivery (Singapore)

We provide professional delivery services across mainland Singapore.

  • Standard Delivery: Processed within 1–2 business days. Expected arrival is within 3–5 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Available for a flat fee of $XX. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered within 24–48 hours.
  • Exclusions: We do not deliver to restricted zones, including offshore islands, Jurong Island, and military airbases/camps.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Complimentary Delivery: Enjoy free standard shipping on all web orders over $75.
  • Standard Fee: A flat delivery fee of $20 applies to all orders below the free shipping threshold.

3. Age Verification & Legal Compliance

In accordance with the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act of Singapore:

  • 18+ Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages.
  • ID Verification: Our delivery partners are required to verify the age of the recipient. A valid photo ID (NRIC, FIN, or Passport) must be presented upon arrival.
  • No Unattended Delivery: Alcohol cannot be left at doorsteps, in risers, or with minors. If a valid ID cannot be produced or no adult is present, the order will be returned to our facility.
  • Re-delivery Fee: A fee of $20 will be charged for any necessary re-delivery attempts due to failed age verification or absence.

4. Quality Assurance & Handling

  • Temperature Considerations: Our boutique sparkling wines and 0.0% NoLo spirits are stored and transported with care to protect them from Singapore’s heat.
  • Damaged Goods: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there is any breakage or leakage, notify us at privacy@winespired.co within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging for a replacement or refund.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery progress.
