On the palate, it offers a smooth, mellow body — subtle nutty or cereal-grain sweetness, mild spice (think gentle clove or warming pepper-leaf warmth), and a faint smoky-woody core. Suggested Cocktails/Mocktails:

Alcohol-free Old Fashioned

  • 50 ml #NotWhisky
  • 5 ml simple syrup or maple syrup
  • 2–3 dashes non-alcoholic bitters (if available)
  • Stir with ice,

Garnish with an orange twist and a maraschino cherry.

Virgin Whisky Sour

  • 50 ml #NotWhisky
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • Shaken with ice and strained
