What a vibrant gathering again with Sommeliers and Chefs, all eager to explore an array of exceptional sparkling wines from around the world. Each sip brought new revelations, from the elegant Reserva Cavas, its fine bubbles and layered citrus aromas, to the South African Cap Classique, bursting with fresh acidity and rich fruitiness. The carefully selected lineup triggered enthusiastic discussions on terroir, winemaking techniques, and the artistry behind each bottle.
Sussex PDO sparkling wines brought more surprises to the experience, showcasing the rising star of England’s wine regions with notes of green apple, brioche, and minerality highlighting its chalky soils’ unique qualities.
The event was an effervescent blend of sophistication and camaraderie, where knowledge flowed as freely as the wine, leaving everyone W’inespired and more appreciative of sparkling wine’s global diversity and richness.
